Assistant Head, Primary

Alice has been a pivotal force in education, bringing over a decade of experience to her role at Liberty Woodland School. 

After studying for her BA (Hons) Education at Goldsmiths with a  specialism in Early Years and primary Art, she began her teaching career in inner city London. After 12 years of teaching and leadership in Hackney she took a role as a literacy consultant, working with schools across southern England and developing and sharing her  passion for children’s early reading and writing.

Alice’s career then took a new direction as she opened and managed Little Forest Folk in Wandsworth for two years, demonstrating her ability to lead and innovate within early years education. Her dedication to fostering a nurturing learning environment and her commitment to the school's vision have been instrumental in shaping Liberty Woodland School’s growth and success.

Alice’s unwavering focus on the development of both her team and the school community reflects her deep passion for education. Her diverse experiences and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable member of our school leadership.
