Lisa joined Liberty Woodland in 2022 as our Strategy & Marketing Director.
Lisa brings nearly a decade of experience in early years education, specialising in outdoor learning. With expertise spanning strategy, HR, finance, operations, and marketing, Lisa has been instrumental in shaping progressive educational environments that place nature at the core of learning. Having previously managed operations for Little Forest Folk, a pioneering childcare group known for its innovative approach to outdoor education, Lisa is deeply passionate about changing the world through a more progressive and holistic approach to education.
Outside of work, Lisa loves walking her dogs, spending time with family, and horse riding. This passion for the outdoors fuels Lisa’s commitment to creating educational experiences that connect children with nature and inspire them to be lifelong learners.
